Well...... What can I say I have lived on this property for the last 3 years and I will say the last management company was much worse than the new company that just took over in September. I have been waiting on things in my apartment to be fixed for more than 6 months and everything has been fixed within the last month.

In my eyes the hood rats are moving out or being kicked out because they cant afford their damn near free rent. So I hope this will leave room for more appropriate people to move here so the conservative folks will not have to find new homes. As for the mice I've never had a problem so my suggestion is.... keep your house clean and you willnot have that problem!!!!

It doesn't matter how well you keep your home clean cause I also keep a clean home I guess that's why the mice like chilling with me and as far as you saying that you don't see any I guess you don't live in my building cause within the first two weeks I heard them moving about in the walls (thought it was something else until I started seeing and catching them). Stay here long enough and you will or are you one of the employees that live on the property?????

This was helpful! But unfortunatley u are only one person who said anything nice really! (the only ones Ive read so far) I want to move so bad and rodents/bugs and safety is my main thing. Im a clean person especially since I have a young son. I get home late and I dont want to fear what or who's in my house when I come home! Thanks for your opinion! I do think that it depends on your neighbors because if they are clean then that bldg. should be clean! Pray for me!
