I DO NOT RECOMEND MOVING HERE!!

PEST: Mice, Mice, and more Mice, "Mickey Mouse" keeps respawning no matter how many times I kill them!!! To be fair at least I don't have roaches (I don't know about anyone else though).

SAFETY: No alarms or bars for bottom apartments, my place was broken into a year ago, the police was able to get some of my stuff back. Last November of '06 my brother and I were held up at gunpoint in front of my building coming home from a football game!

DRUGS: Yes plenty of them if you do them. I have to walk past young thugs in my hallway dealing drugs to get to my apartment. They smoke their weed and leave their carry-out trash in my hallway almost everyday for the porters to clean up.

LAUNDRY: First of all, the new management will not give out keys to the laundry rooms, I had to get a neighbors key to make a copy. Once you get in it is "Russian Roulette" on what machine actually washes, or dries (good luck). However it is cheap to wash compare to local coin-op laundry facillites.

MAINTENANCE: Very poor, I got a a large hole in my ceiling in the kitchen from the bathroom leaking water above me. It was never fixed right, and now no one has come to do a thing after my complaints! I'm currently looking to move ASAP.

MOVE IN: The last management company almost made me homeless because my apartment wasn't ready to move in! On top of that I didn't get the apartment I was promised; the second choice wasn't ready either, so I ended up with a bottom apartment that didn't have the features promised that was shown in the model! BEWARE, what you see is not what you get!! Bait and switch, bait and switch!
