Started Nice, But Now A MESS

Ive been a resident of Riverview Terrace/The Oaks - whatever you want to call it since Aug 2003. At one point this was a nice community to live in, now it has turned quite unruly, trashy and straight......(i hate using the word ghetto) but here it applies. I dont think Ive ever seen or experienced such behavior that I witness on a day to day basis at this place. The other night there was a fight in the parking lot at 1:45AM, people hanging out all hours of the night being loud with no consideration of others, drinking alcohol and smoking in the parking lots AND hallways at any time, and loitering in the buildings. Please explain to me how you can drink a can of beer, finish it and just throw the can on the ground in front of the place you live''!! The residents have absolutely NO RESPECT for their own property or themselves for that matter. At night, there is supose to be a surveilence team patroling and keeping the peace, but they are never around. I am so glad that I submitted my 30 days notice and I will be moving OUT of this place the end of the month!
