I use to live on the property in 2005 and boy let me tell you I had some many problem with all the kid that in/and around the complex. And let not mention all the adult that hang out side all hour of the night. One day I had family over and my and we was on the balcony and there was a shooting in front of our faces with a whole host of other person outside. So the very next day I called to express my concern with the rental office and they try to tell me basically I was lying, so I invited the property Manager into my apartment so she could see that I had a very good view of what have taken place and there was no need to lie and cover and this up. However there wasn't any responds and I told her if they didn t do something the violence and the people hanging out on the property they will never keep respectable resident. Then my other problem was when it got hot outside my carpet would smell like rat urine. I couldn t close the windows at all or we had to run the a/c all day to keep the smell down. Now on to my third problem there were mice s and mean mice s and that was my final straw for. The mice s would come out while you re sitting watching television in the day time.

Please take my advice and don t do it the outside look nice but once you are up in the apt in trouble!!!

YOu couldnt possibly saw a shooting! If I saw a shotting in my face I wouldve left the next day especially if I have children. Im visiting these apartments and I want to know if my toddler son and I should move?
