Living there was a pain. It first started off when my home got broken into not even a month after I moved in. Then came the millions and millions of mice. I hade so many mice it was ridiculous. I caught all together over 100 mice since I lived there not included the ones that was still running around when I left. There was another problem the staff they sucked and they are so so ghetto they kept sending me court notices when my rent was never late. So if you are thinking abut moving here don't do it because it's a nightmare. Oh and one more thing don't think that you're going to get sleep because you will be woke up by gun shots.

It's true. I live their now and I can't wait till my lease is up. I don't have any mouse or roach problems but I feed the neighborhood cats right infront of my apartment door so I think that keep them at bay. Unfortunately, a squirel has made a home in my vent and I can hear him/her come and go throughout the day. Maintenance nor the exterminator know what to do about the situation. I have to constantly walk through a crowd of men to get into my apartment. The amount of gunshots on the property is crazy! Almost every night they are fighting outside, selling drugs and shooting. It's not safe and there is no security. I'm getting out and getting as far away as possible.

I can co-sign with the both of you. I am Praying Daily that I don't have any rodents/roaches, as I have not seen or heard any yet (KNOCKING ON WOOD) I do hear the gunshots here and there, and since is was warm the last few days, the Hood People have emerged like Roaches themselves. We moved here as a last resort, the place I wanted to stay would not have a place to rent for 2 months. The one plus is that my husband LOVES the kitchen. Wow that is the only Plus.

You are so right about the mice, roaches, crime, and ghetto ass people. I have 3 kids and in the middle of the night they come in our room screaming because they constantly see mice. My daughter have become accustomed to killing roaches on a daily basis. Needless to say i am trying to move out of this complex IMMEDIATELY!!!! I know times is hard and money is tight, but don't waste another dime in this complex because it is a complete waste trust me. U pay rent for the mice and roaches to keep a roof over there head.

You are ALL right about the mice situation. I am going crazy because the mice are running around in my apartmnet like they paying rent. I called maintenance to report the problem and they act like its MY PROBLEM and I should be the one looking for holes and patching them up. And if you are lucky enough not to have them, TRUST ME, THEY WILL BE THERE SOON. I have not seen one roach in my apartment, just mice. I have a little less than three months left on my lease and I am counting the days. I don't know where I'm going, but I know I am getting out of this place. Good Luck to the rest of you who are planning to get out too!

I've just moved into this place and have seen at least 4 to 5 mice during this last month. I'm 7 months pregnant with a 2 year old son. And like you guys said. I was looked at Sideways when I asked if something would be done about the rodent problem. This weekend me and the hubby search the whole house for ways they could get in and boarded them up. I hopes this helps. But I can wait to get out of here next year. If i find a way to break my lease and not have to pay a ton of money. Bets believe im GONE!
