IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN SEWAGE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MOVE IN HERE. OTHER WISE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THIS PLACE NOR HAVE THEY MOVED ME. I HAVE HOWEVER CONTACTED THE MANAGMENT COMPANY. LETS SEE WHERE THIS GETS ME. I HOPE SOMEONE IS WILLING TO DO SOMETHING I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE. ANYONE WANT TO MOVE AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A ROOMATE' THAT IS THE ONLY WAY I WILL GET OUT OF HERE.

I live in this community also and it is terrible i live in bldg 5572 the area is so dirty and also the building maintenance is terrible they do not want to fix anything I am leaving this dump before my lease is up\

I agree with everyone else, this place sucks and also the laundry facilities suck and if you call them to ask what building has decent laundry facilities they dont know nor do they care. Maintenance is terrible and you have to pay gas & electric, not worth it. They could use a shuttle bus back and forth to the metro because the hill from the bus stop is long and you could pass out or have a heart attack trying to walk up.

Nfavors you are so right about them needing a shuttle bus. I was pregnant and had to catch the bus. And walking up that hill is NO JOKE.
And when we first moved in we didn't have a mice problem but within the last past month (i think) we have caught 6 mice. So im looking for a place to move into right now. I have two small children and I should not have to worry about a mouse biting my newborn while being on the floor for some belly time.
And aside from the mice, i want to know if ANYONE was closet doors that have stayed on? Because every closet in my 2 bedroom apt has had one of the doors come off.
THIS PLACE SUCKS
