I don't care what they are calling these mice infested apartments just know that they are nasty as hell and no matter what your financial situation is you can do better living somewhere else. For your own peace of mind, don't move here. The staff could care less about your concerns as a tenant. The maintenannce crew are a joke. One or two of them are ok.
The biggest problem in these raggedy joints are the mice. The staff could care less about the problem. It is out of control. It's unhealthy and unsanitary to have mice running around your apartment, especially if you have kids and there are a rack a kids around here. You don't even feel like coming home to such nastiness. Everybody complains about the mice and I know there's something more management could be doing about the problem.
The grounds are a mess. Trash dumpsters are ALWAYS full. The grass ALWAYS needs cutting. Trash all over the place. Your car has a fresh new dent or scratch every week. It's just an AWFUL place to live. If I could break the lease without giving them extra money to do it I would, but trust me when the lease is up I am gone. The mice can have this joint. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I feel you on everything you've stated above. I lived there for 6 months and broke the lease and they let me out and I got back my security deposit. You have to really bug them and they will let you out. It's a problem that can't be fixed. STUART LITTLE AND BEN are running The Oaks of Parks Mice.
