If you love living with mice than this is your place. Staff is very unorganized. I have been there less than a year and there has been three new managers since I've been there. I wish I had caught the hint of an ex employee that worked there. She was trying in so many words to let me know this was not the place for me. Drunks are out at night, hanging around and harrass you when you get out of your car. Oh, and not to mention all the drug dealers, strippers and thugs that live there. The pet policy is dogs 50lbs. and under. There are so many people there with pit bulls and rotts and they are huge. My lease is up in may and I'm outta there. Also, they have been harrassing me for a rent payment of $885. I signed a lease of $745 to pay each month for 12 months until May "09. Some one mysteriously put me on a month to month increase. Thank God I still have a copy of my original signed lease because the office sure doesn't have it. They don't even have a copy of a key to my apartment. THIS PLACE SUCKS BIG TIME!!!! If you do move there, keep all receipts and a copy of your lease agreement and may God be with you. You're going to need him
I forgot to mention, I live on the 3rd floor. Someone climbed the wall of my building and tried to break into my aprtment. ON THE 3RD FLOOR AT THAT!!! I was told my weed smoking neighbor and his weed smoking friends that live below me knew I was out for the evening and vandilized my balcony trying to get into my apartment. JESUS!!!

Yes, get out of there ASAP! I was there a year ago. I had plenty of mice to keep me company. My bottom floor apartment flooded during a heavy storm. All they did was move all my furniture into the kitchen and put huge fans under the carpet to dry it out...they never came back to clean the carpet. The ceiling in the kitchen constantly leaked when the neighbors showered, they never could fix it no matter how many times they came, then the ceiling caved in all together! Still didn't come and fix it. Drug dealers stayed in my hallway every evening, my truck was broken into three times (thank God I had a dead switch installed), but parts were taken and I had to fix the lock every time. My place was broken into twice while I was at work. I just missed a murder customer(or being murdered) at the Poppa Johns by 5 minutes after picking up my pizza. I had left out the 7 Eleven about an hour when one of the clerks I knew was shot and murdered by robber who just did a crime in VA. Last but not least my brother and I coming back from a Redskin game was held up a gun point in front of my building. Continue to pray for God's protection and some developer buys the property and push it over.

Get out of those tacky-a$$ apartments. I left three months ago and I now have peace of mind. Yes I am paying more rent in the new apartment but it is money well spent. The mice will be there LONG after you are gone and the management could care les. They don't even fake like they care. Life begins for you May '09. I'm telling you what I know from experience.

May cannot get here soon enough for me. I'm glad you got out. As far as money is concerned, peace of mind is much better. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." I'd rather budget and pay more than to live like this. You made a smart move.
