Tenants who use a cell phone as their primary phone with out of state numbers are unable to have a doorbells. My cell phone is from out of state and the apartment old intercom system is unable to enter the necessary "1" before the area code for my apartment. This has caused several deliveries to be missed in addition to the cable installation to be missed. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
