I've live here since June, 2006 over the last 5 to 6 months this property has took a turn for the worse! The maintaince is good, the management is awful the don't respond to complaints, I've written numerous letter to the rental office regarding the upkeep of the property and roaches, trash in the hallways, dirty floors, pets(when the are suppose to be not allowed) smoking in the building, my car was broken into twice withing 7 days. Strange homeless looking people roaming around, mold in my bathroom maitaince claims its just need to be painted.When I got no response from Rental office I contacted Stancui Mangagment.Mr. Santuci, Velma and David Harris of full of S*$%! All Lies If you are only staying for a short period of time its okay but not for longer than your lease terms.
