I am looking to move near the DC area and find that the cost of rent is high. This seems like a reasonable place,but I want to live in an area that is safe since I have a child. I can deal with noise and I am okay with small spaces,however I am trying to find a safe community to live until I purhcase a home. Please give me feedback. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I would advise you to be careful when you are coming in late in the evening. Many vehicles have been stolen and broken into. I've repeatedly asked management to put a notice out to the residents, but to no avail. I think they don't want us to know that the place is not as safe as they let on, but if you really want to know check with the local police department. My thought is there are far too many thefts, and one evening someone will be a statistic because mgmt. is trying to hide the truth. Just be careful!
