I have lived here for over 3 years, and in that time I have had few problems. The management here are very welcoming, and hard working. They always remember my name, and always do there best to fix any problems or issues that I have. The buildings are old, and there is a bug problem in the building as a whole. This is due to lazy residents who simply throw away trash in the incorrect manner. As for my unit, I have no bug problems, if you set down a few traps and keep on top of it, you will seldom see a bug.

The unit it self is a little small, that said, I am very comfortable. I have a two bedroom, and have not had many issues. Maintenance are on call 24/7 and will arrive within 5-10mins if you have a problem.

Only major issues are sound. The windows are old, but you get used to that and the highway traffic, that said however I have had a few issues with load music, and banging from residents below, but the manager has always tried to fix the problem.

Simply put, no place is perfect unless you own your own home, and then there are issues. The rent is very decent in terms of neighboring places, utilities are included, management are better than 9 out of 10 other apartment complexes, The building is safe, warm and with time and patience you can make your unit home.
