I have recently moved here with my daughter and as a single mom I feel safe. I haven't seen any thing that has made me question my safety so far. My car is safe, there are no regular loud noises, or people hanging out. Overall it is a very peaceful community. You may have your occasional late night interruptions (residents arguing outside) but that is to be expected and can happen anywhere. Management and maintenance are excellent. The have responded to all of my concerns and problems..THE SAME DAY!!!. I love that. It seems to me they want to make sure their residents are happy. I would highly recommend Wilson Towers to everyone. It is nice a quiet communtity.

This resident should check w/P.G. County police regarding the number of thefts and vehicle breakins. So many vehicles have been stolen and broken into, I was even warned by P.G. county police regarding this matter. She must not live in my building the place is noisy, overrun with roaches to the point they sent a questionnaire around asking if the residents would mind having the trashrooms shut down. The roach problem is ridiculous. It is not all of mgmt. as residents put unbagged trash in trashroom. However, mgmt. let the problem get out of control before doing anything. They won't hire outside exterminator and only spray one unit at a time, so the roaches return. I've had roaches in my mailbox, in my dishwasher, invade my kitchen. I keep my place spotless and have even spread boric acid all around inside and outside of my door, and they still come in, it is not a quiet community.
