I have been at Wilson Towers for over 5 years and I find it a good place to live. No place is perfect. I find if you let them know about a problem, they will to the best of their ability try to correct it, weather it is bugs, loud music, noise, etc. I have had some of these issues in the past and when I did go to the rental office they did address and try to correct each issue. The key is communication, many apartment complexes wont do anything about any concerns you express, tenants should be glad at least the management at Wilson Towers listens to your concerns and addresses the issues. Also the bug problem (which they are trying to correct) near the trash areas came from residents dumping the contents of their cans down the chutes without garbage bags. Leaving food in the chute and other areas attracting bugs, etc. I have been here for years and the bug problem occurred recently, it has never been an ongoing problem. If you have problems with noise, you need to let the management know so it can be addressed. Also, thefts in PG county are up in general, and I have not seen an increase in car thefts there. In fact some law enforcement live on the property. Wilson Towers is better than alot of other places in PG and Montgomery County

I have personally complained to management on more than one occasion about noise, and other residents as well, and nothing was ever done and the issue was not addressed. One resident still has a vehicle whereby her alarm goes off repeatedly during the night and early morning hours. Residents pull in and out with their music blasting. I moved a month ago, and when visiting a friend this past weekend, it was amazing just how bad it is. Sometimes you don't realize how bad things are until you get away, and step back. As for me and my money, and in these economic times, I don't believe in pouring good into bad. Maybe you have an in with management unlike most residents at Wilson Towers. I moved out and on the day I moved two other residents moved from my floor alone. The roach problem was caused by residents, however, this was brought to management's attention over a year ago, not recently. Management didn't take it seriously until the problem got out of hand. Also, when you have roaches in your mailbox, refrigerator and dishwasher it is time to move. Management has not done an overall extermination and said it was too expensive to do. You can't spray two units, because we all know the roaches will just go to other units. Also, the roach problem orginiated, in my building, with two residents in particular who kept their places filthy. One of them wanted to move and management would not let them move, because of the condition of their apartment. Please don't placate the people, the truth is the truth. Break-ins in cars, just days after I moved in someone hit my car and drove off. When the police arrived, I was informed that the rate for break-ins and stolen vehicles was considerably high at Wilson Towers, because it is so easy to gain access to "getaway!" Every time I read a positive report, I will forward a rebuttal until I learn that conditions have changed.

But no place is perfect, I know about the person whose alarm goes off everytime the trash truck passes in the morning, their alarm sensor needs to be re-set (you can take the tag number and let the rental office know mabye they can contact the owner), I have been here over 5 years and the roach problem started over the last 6 months, meaning that new people bring them in with their furniture/etc. We have never had a problem with roaches like this in the past, and over the last couple of months, some people have been dumping their garbage without bags downt the chute, tripling the amount of bugs. I spray my own apartment for bugs, also plug up large openings where bugs and centipedes can get in. Also if a neighbor is noisy, you can ask them to turn it down, if that doesnt work contact the rental office, if the rental office is closed you are also able to call the police, I have had to do that in the past, and the people quieted it down. People need to also park where they can see their car out of the window.

I have lived a Wilson Towers for 4 years now and am very happy. I think that the Anonymous person who continously comments negatively at every good response should "GET A LIFE"!!!!! Your comment about Management not allowing someone to move because of the condition of their apt...Get Real...That's just plain rediculous!!! And the comment about crime....Wilson Towers has the lowest crime rate in the area...just call the Police Dept and ask what the crime ratio is for the area or just ask the Police Officers that live here. You say the truth is the truth??? Then you obviously don't know what "Truth" is. It seems that you just want to bash Wilson Towers....GET A LIFE!!! YOU ARE PETTY AND REDICULOUS!

The person who commented about the roach infestation...What building do you live in?
