Trash Fines!! From: cnmrouse@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   I am looking for anyone who was fined because of a flyer that was found with your address on it. I was fined recently and it's bogus, it was a Papa Johns flyer with only my address on it. That flyer could have shown up in anyone's mailbox!
