Honestly I do enjoy my apartment. I have lived here for a year now and I am currently in a 2 bedroom, but my roomate is moving out so I am sizing down to a 1 in the fall. I have had few problems with maintaince, and the staff are very, very helpful, although I would not accept nor expect anything else. The rent is a bit pricey but for the quality, safety, and convience it's worth it. I am a full time college student and would recommend it to fellow studnets. Now the one thing that has bothered me since the beginning is the paper thin walls, ceilings, and doors, they need to add more insulation to the floors of upper apartments, becasue the noise level is horrible. Not to mention I stay under a noisey child/teen so you can just imagine. But all in all not being form Maryland i was inpressed with the community and the unit.
