i have lived in Doncaster for a couple of months now and i have no complaints at all. the neighborhood is nice and quite. They have landscapers working on keeping the area beautiful every morning, trash is never overflowing cause they have pick up every week. The only problem i would have to say was the plumbing incident i and i had use the bathroom in another building but that wasnt so bad cause it was fixed the very next morning. So if you are looking for a nice cheap place to live i say Doncaster is good. Esp if your a Student (like me) i go to Towson university and my rent is only 830 that is great compared to housing. I really like it at Doncaster. I never seem any drugs or bad children or anything. I see families that walk by and say hi.

Well, it's hard to miss an intoxicated man peeing on you steps at 8pm. Maybe you're not seeing the whole picture.

okay i see where you are coming from, but Doncaster has nothing to do with that. Im sure you could have that same problem at any apt area around the city/county

If you live near Kingstree, you will see drug activity! The maint. people see it. ANd I believe management sees it as well. They just don't know what to do. Trust me, I saw a drug bust go down a few weeks ago near the playground. Call the police, they'll tell you. Yes it is true, the grounds people do an excellent job in keeping a clean property. And yes the rent is not bad for this area, although it's starting to get a little high. But, what good is that if a drug deal goes south and someone gets shot? I say, get rid of the people selling drugs and you'll have a decent complex. Come to the community meeting in two weeks to voice your opinion.
