I lived here for 3 years while in college. I had issues with a leaky roof and windows, loud and ghetto residents and children, maintanence workers not showing up or properly repairing things, and poor parking. I witnessed 3 or 4 fires in the span of about 4 months. Dutch Village is cheap housing for a college student, but until Sawyer makes big time changes, I cannot recommend these townhomes and would only stay here as a last resort.
