It's really worth checking out

I just relocated to Baltimore from down south about 3 months ago. Finding a place that was reasonable, safe, and rodent-free seemed to be out of the question after reading many of the reviews on this site. I decided to go with Dutch Village because it was close to the school (Morgan State)and it wasn't expensive compared to other townhomes in Baltimore. I think I made a pretty good choice. The neighborhood is in a fairly decent part of town (although I've heard it can get a little crazy) and it's close to everything. I haven't even seen 1 roach in my townhome. The townhome I have is a 1br 1bath and is a good amount of space for just me. The refrigerator and stove that were provided were in excellent condition. The only gripe that I have with the place is the fact that you can hear your neighbors. But I think that comes along with just about every other apartment in Baltimore. Besides, the heat drowns out some of the noise. The management isn't bad. They're not the most professional people in the world either. If you can afford more, you may want to get something a bit more upscale. But if you're on a budget like me, Dutch Village is definitely worth checking out.
