I have lived here for 4 years and am moving any day now. They have consistently gone up on the rent $30.00 per year with no improvemnets, updates or repairs and now have included a monthly water bill that is not metered. the grounds are terrible, there is always trash everywhere. The mice are just keep coming. Ask any who lives on the side near the high school and they will agree that the mice are out of control. The office is aware of the pest problem but only offer white sticky traps that the mice seem to avoid. The staff and my neighbors are friendly enough , but the mice are a huge embarrassment. I have to leave wooden traps down all the time for my guests to see. One month I caught 6 mice using the wooden traps, and I am not exaggerating. The neighborhood has really gone down in the last few years and I cannot endure another rate hike with mice and trash.
