I'm a parent with my daughter living here, where I pay for it. It is the most terrible place, very ghetto, the maintenance people are no where to be found, always a maintenance problem. I'm paying for an apartment that was suppose to be upgraded, but don't see what the upgrade was. The front office has no customer service skills or professionalism whatsoever. There is always a conflict in policy depending on who you speak with in the office. My daughter has been living there now for 2 years, and I told her this is her last year. I'm no longer paying for this piece of crap.
