I have lived here for a year and my lease is finally up (THANK GOD)!!! Where do I start, ants run rampant in the apartments, I have reported the issue several times, and nothing! Kids are outside at all times of the night, noise level is ridiculous. I called the night contact number and the guy told me to call the police on my own. I have reported broken drawers in my kitchen, running toilets, and nothing, so I called Sawyer Realty and finally got something done. Parking is horrible, you have to park on the street and because a night club is down the street, you run the risk of having your car hit and run. The front office never answers the phone or return your phone call. This place is a nightmare!!!
