This would be a nice place if Sawyer/Dutchvillage didn't let just anybody in. There are good people and families here, but there are also rude a** little kids with no parental training or guidance, disgusting thugs and thug wannabes that stand around in front of their houses all day and just leer at people and run around at all hours, and loudness during the weekends from "thugs" and the kind of trashy females that hang around them. It's no wonder so many companies stereotype. Decent people with low incomes/on a budget can not get into nice, safe places because of the way some others in low income act and tear down a neighborhood.

The inside of the townhouses are okay--very large, though there are some problems with plumbing, etc., every now and then. But for the rent price it's okay. They keep the grounds clean most of the time. Some of the people in the office are helpful. Some of the people that live here are okay. Overall, the place itself is nice but do not move here if you would like to live in a neighborhood free of "drama" because unfortunately it can not be avoided living around the ignorant types. You may end up stooping close down to their level just to cope. They try to bring down everyone and everything around them. Crabs in a barrel!

I used to live in the residential area just up the road from there and they're all bringing that area down too. If it were up to those "thugs," as you call them, the whole country would be a miserable, filthy, unsafe hell-hole like they're already making it. The only way to keep out the black community is to raise rent sky high for places that, property-wise, are little different for the ghetto areas. Look at apartments in White Marsh or even out into Harford County. They're nothing special when it comes to size and even maintenance and grounds, but to keep the ghetto rats out they make the rent exorbitant. It's a trade-off, really.

KEEP OUT THE BLACK COMMUNITY??? HOW DARE YOU STEREOTYPE ------- AMERICANS THAT WAY! ...ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE AREAS LIKE ESSEX AND DUNDALK WHERE THE POOR WHITE TRASH LIVES UNDER SIMILAR IF NOT WORSE CONDITIONS. I UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES PEOPLE WITH LOWER INCOMES CARRY THEMSELVES DIFFERENTLY, BUT IT'S NOT ONLY THE "BLACK COMMUNITY" THAT BRINGS DOWN THE QUALITY OF LIFE WITHIN THE CITY.

If you payed attention the first person made the comment it is hard not to stereotype and the way you are so upset by the comment shows who you must be and how you present yourself to others. The only thing the first two were complaining about were black individuals who can't seem to make life easy for them selves and must cont. the horrible thug life cause it is cool. There is more to life than sex drugs and treating women like dogs and thats what we are sick of!
