I have lived here for just under a year and have had one problem after another. The maintence is a joke. Even a simple thing as a toilet running is apparently to hard for them to repair. (thats the smallest repair I've needed, but none were handled) The property manager doesn't care about the residents at all. No matter what your request you can rest assured it wont be handled in a timely mannor, if it's handled at all. Whether it's a leaking toilet, a dead bolt that is extreemly hard to lock or unlock or squirrels in the attic keeping you up all night, that eventually died and has your appartment smelling like rotting road kill. You can be sure she wont get in a hurry to please the customer that pays her salary. She knows nothing about customer service. I could tell you more but I think any intelligent person will get the idea and stay away.

I have lived here for a couple of years, I don't know what manager you are talking about, but the one I have delt with has always been very helpful and all of my tickets have been done like the next day! As for the maintnance staff, they are always right there if you need them, and soo nice! I remember when we were getting our balcony's repainted, I couldn't get everything off of my balcony myself, so they came and helped me. It's just little things like that that will make me stay a resident here for even more years to come! I recommend Lowell Ridge to anyone that is looking for an affordable, quite, small community to live!!
