I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I cannot wait till my lease is up so I can finally move out! I have had nothing but problems since I got here and thought that things would improve once a new management took over but it definately HAS NOT. Heres a list of just some of the problems that I have had and judge for yourself:

1. Moved in and they left an old refrigerator here with maggots in it, and the place was comletely filthy.
2. The socket on my wall had sparks shooting out of it.
3. Water leaking out of my ceiling and was not fixed for weeks, and, when they did fix it, they left a huge mess behind for me to clean up.
4. Water leaking in my bedroom. They did clean up that a little better though.
5. The water constantly being turned off for plumbing problems.
6. Oh. Did I mention that I had ants at one point and they said there was nothing they could do about it for at least 2 weeks, even though I have a small child in the apartment' Nice huh'
7. Dishwasher has had to be replaced 2 times now, and it is still doesnt work well.
8. The office employees were never there or never returned phone calls.
9. Maintenance extremely slow at responding to anything.
10. Loud noise at all hours of the night.
11. I had a woman pounding on my door at 2 in the morning because she had just got stabbed in the parking lot.
12. People making drug deals out in the parking lot.
13. I have had things stolen off of my doorstep from the kids in the neighborhood.
14. And you can here doors slamming or your neighbors clearly through the walls.

If you think this is the kind of place you want to be subjected to, be my guest. I love that it had a lot of space, but I would rather live in a cardboard box then to ever be near here again. This is not a place that any respectable person would want to live.
