I wish I knew about this site before I moved here! We moved in 9/2007 and our lease is ending soon! The apartment didn't have electricity when we moved in, it wasnt ready for us at all and we already had all of our furniture, clothes, etc. packed in a moving truck! We had to sleep on the floor at our parents house for 3 days! We have a homeless woman who sleep in our building sometimes. It always reaks of drugs in the hallway. There are 2 dumpster divers around 2 am. Drug deals in the parking lot, very noisy and rude neighbors. I dont bother trying to ask them to keep it down anymore I just call the police b/c thats what my leasing said to do (so they dont have to deal with it I'm sure). These nighbors even argue with the cops! They have had numerous helicopter and foot patrols in our community looking for robbers or rapists, etc. It's like living in a ghetto of Baltimore City and this is supposed to be the county! The cops are here at least once a week and last weekend at 7am sat they were interrogating us about someone who used to live across the hall- fishy! I dont know what goes on here but it is terrible and not safe at all! The walls are paper thin and your floor is someone else's ceiling and your ceiling is someone else's floor so you can hear it ALL! (including arguments -word for word and sex) The door to your apartment isn't sealed, in fact there is a gap and you can see thru into the hallway perfectly clear. I tried taking pix but it doesn't show too well. I have random people knocking on my door at 11pm sometimes! I never answer the door because I didnt order a pizza and I'm not going to let some guy with a clipboard into my apt at 11 at night! (I'm not stupid) See my attached email and you'll see why you shouldnt bother with this place!

Hi, Is this the same as the Besrkshires at Satyr Hill? The ones which dont have microwaves in the apartment?!!

I plan to move into these apartments. I believe they are currently called Berskhsires at Satyr Hill, right? I was going to try to move in to these apartments this month but am now afraid to do so. I thought the drug dealing had ended and the lease staff seems to be nice from the couple times I came to the office.
