Their maintenance was horrible. In the summer time the temperature in our apartment would never go below 85 degrees. One time a guy came to look at the situation. he went in my back bedroom with a thermometer and the temperature was 90 degrees. Then he proceeded to tell us "This is normal for a top floor apartment that's this old" I told him it wasn't normal and he told me to take it up with the people that owned the apartment. I did this and they sent someone else. This guy said it isn't normal for anyone to live like this. He then proceeded to play around with the furnace. he left and said he fixed it. Whatever he did, which was most likely nothing, didn't change the temperature a single degree. After 5 or 6 people told us that it was normal and there was nothing we could do, we went out and bought 3 portable floor air conditioners. They made it around 15 degrees colder. The thing was, now our gas and electric was between 5 and 8 hundred dollars 4 months in a row. We were forced to move out with 3 months left on our lease. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy!!!!!!
