I lived in these apartments for one year. The second week I was in there I found out they have a problem with mice. The came and put down some traps and sticky pads but would not call any one in. I found out after I was there for some months that I was not the only one who had this problem and that they were infested with them. They are right my building was very quiet and the grounds were kept up very nice. I beleive the mice are coming from having to put the trash in the wash area. I hope this helps someone. I think some of these yes are from the management company.
