I have lived in this building for 20 months and will be leaving at the end of my lease on September 2008. Up until February of 2008 everything was going well: The brick construction means that the apartments are quiet, there is on-site maintenance, the windows are fine and warm, the utilities work (fridge is loud), parking was adequate and there were no visible problems withe security.

On February 2008 and since then I have had a mice problem. The manager went as far as to send me traps and send the local exterminator company. Well it is June now and their efforts have been less than adequate because I still have mice in my apartment. I have caught/seen more than a dozen of them and that's not an exaggeration.

When I brought up the possibility of fumigation to the manager she shrugged her shoulders. Based on their reaction to the problem and how imprortant mouse infestation is to me I do not recommend this apartment building to anyone who cares about their health.

Just to add that they did refund my deposit in its entirety. I would still not recommend this place strictly based on their inability to recognize and deal with the infestation problem.

I have lived here for several years and although the people are nice the clientele has changed.There is loud music from cars late at night!! Maintenance takes there time getting to you to fix or replace things. It seems like the longer you've lived there the longer you wait. Looking to move!
