A-O.K. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   THIS IS A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. THE AREA IS QUITE AND THE STAFF IS EFFICIENT. MAINTENANCE IS O.K. THEY RESPON W/IN THE WEEK BUT THEY MORESO PUT A BANDAGE ON THE PROBLEM THAN ACTUALLY FIX IT. I HAD A SOFT SPOT IN MY CEILING W/WATER STAINS AND MAINTENANCE PAINTED OVER IT, THEN I HAD A HOLE IN MY FLOOR UNDERNEATH THE CARPET, MAINTENANCE SIMPLY PULLED THE CARPET UP TO FIX THE HOLE AND RELAYED THE CARPERT, BUT NOW I HAVE WRINKLES IN THE CARPET. IN MY OPINION IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO REPLACE THE CARPET AS WELL. THE AREA IS VERY QUITE AND CLOSE TO A LOT OF THINGS. I'LL GIVE IT A 8 1/2 TO 9 OUT OF 10.
