I can't wait to move from here. I've been here for 6 months. If the temperature outside is 95 degrees, the "AC" (and I use that term loosely) only cools to 82 degrees (86 in the kitchen where there are no vents!)! "That's about right," says the maintenance man. I'm sorry, but I'm paying an arm and leg to BGE to run this thing ALL DAY LONG. It never shuts off until after midnight. AND IT'S NOT EVEN COOL. Can't clean, can't cook, can't exercise.....you sweat just sitting on your couch. Maintenance has been there to "fix" it 3 times. I wish they would have told me about the unacceptable, non-functional AC...I would have found another apt.

Also, the other tenants love to slam their doors...at all hours. EVERY ONE OF THEM! Very rude. And when the windows are open, all you can hear are their loud mouths outside at 11:30 p.m. If you want quiet...don't move here.

They don't care about your car either. Many cars have been hit on the parking lot. Everyone's car is dented, so they really don't care about hitting yours.

It sounds to me like you have ------- neighbors. Cant really blame the apartment complex because other tenants are discourteous.
