bad experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This is an apartment too old. If you are not on the top floor, you will hear clearly the foot steps of the neighbor above you. Their floors are crappy and need to be changed for a long while. My neighbor is always awake in midnight and walking around. The office is not friendly any more after you move in. They are trying to collect every cent from you. Bad experience. Not recommended.
