I was interested in living at this community. Unfortunately the office staff is terrible! I was dealing with --------- who didnt know her ass from a hole in the wall. She never made it clear to me that I was on a waiting list for an apartment. I was under the impression that I had an apartment to move into when I was ready to move. When I asked them what I was supposed to do if there was no apt their response was "I dont know". When I asked --------- about this she argued with me and told me that I KNEW exactly what the deal was. How does she know what I know' She doesnt even have any idea what she's doing! Needless to say there is no way I was going to move there after that.. and I wasnt even a tenant yet! I guess they did me a favor as I found a much nicer, bigger, townhouse for the same price!

where did you find a townhouse!? I've been looking! I also dealt with --------- when I first moved in. She is ignorant and does not care about anything but herself. I had to call her atleast 3 times a day inorder for her to understand that I needed a place asap. She has an attitude problem and it's not that ses stupid its that she just doesnt care.

I am dealing with --------- now and I happen to think that she is very helpful! I am very pleased with the service I have gotten and can't wait to move in =) Have you thought about your attitude when dealing with her?

I dont have to think about my attitude. I was nothing but pleasant to her. The requests I made of her were not unreasonable. But how many times does a person have to say "I want a one bedroom with den" and "Im moving in December" for another person to understand? She never wrote anything down and was totally disorganized. You may think she's helpful now but I'm sure you will get your turn too. Good luck! Oh, I got a townhouse in Perry Hall. Chapel Valley Townhomes. Rent is reasonable and its MUCH larger than the skylark point apts. Happy Holidays!

I have also dealt with --------- and agree is is a total airhead. We were never told about a required deposit until we showed up to sign a lease.

I have also delt w/-------- and what bad customer service I got. I called and NEVER got a call back. She also did not tell my husband or I about the required deposit that must be in the form of a money order. We will not be renting there.
