Think twice before moving here

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
When I first moved into Skylark Pointe in August, I was very happy with the service and the office staff. Two weeks later I started to have major problems with my apartment.
1. I got home around 7 one night in August to find that the AC in my apartment was not working. I called the on call maintenance man to let him know so he could come and fix it. Apparently it was very inconvenient for him to have to come out and do his job outside of normal business hours and he let me know so. He was extremely rude and told me that I should have called earlier.
2. About two weeks later, the AC in my apartment broke again. These people can not seem to get anything right.
3. Our dryer broke and was blowing out cold air. I called maintenance to let them know. Someone came to look at it and said that they had to order a part. For the next two weeks, I called to find out the progress on fixing my dryer, but no one ever seemed to know anything about it. I finally had to call and tell off the property manager and the maintenance manager. My dryer was finally fixed that day with a part from a dryer in an unoccupied apartment. The best part is that when they fixed my dryer, they had to unhook a water hose that goes to the ice maker in the fridge. They did not hook the hose back up when they finished, so they flooded my kitchen and I fell in the huge puddle they left.
4. Numerous times (at least 5), I have woken up to no hot water, meaning that I had to go to work without a shower in the morning. I called the office staff to let them know what an inconvenience it was. They informed me that "everyone in the building had to go to work without a shower" that day. Is this supposed to pass for customer service or make me feel better' A simple Im sorry would have sufficed.
5. Two times I have some home to a freezing cold apartment in the winter. One time when they fixed my heat, they flooded the apartment below mine.
Over all I have to say that the office staff is very rude. No one seems to know anything about customer service. Despite all the major problems I have had, no one has ever said that they were sorry for any inconvenience. I have only been living here for four months and have already had so many problems. I am dreading the next 8 months. When my lease is up, I am out of here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
