This place is gone to pure HELL! This place is infested with mice, we killed 7 mice in one day.
No matter how much you clean with clorox and etc.
The mice run around like they pay rent.
Maintenance came in and supposedly fumogated and closed up the holes but somehow the mice came right back.
Not only that we have a refrigerator & freezer that has no railings on the inside.
This is our second refrigerator, not to mention all the holes that you can visibly see the mice coming out of.
Also, there is cracks that need to be fixed, the carpet in the bathroom is not all the way to the walls, there is a huge crack in the wall where the mice crawl in and out of.
I have children and it is disgusting, do you consider this a safe environment.
I never want to live in a Hendersen Webb community again.
This place has gone down, down, down.
I recommend that if you aren't getting a place near the rental center, don't come here.
I have a friend who's apartment was robbed and maintenance sucks...

WOW! This is shocking was really considering Tall Oaks. No sense in running from one filthy place to another...going to purchase a winnebago and live in it!

Henderson Webb have the nastiest apartments in all of Maryland!!!! I from the Bronx and I thought I'd seen it all up in New York. I came down here and it looks like it's worse down here. How am I supposed to bring my date back to my apartment and chill if I got rats and roaches and all that coming out of the holes in the walls and the sockets!!!! That's straight whack!!! My girl was telling me that she was tired of dealing with me because of my apartment. She straight broke up with me because of Henderson Webb. You guys suck!! The service sucks!!! Ya'll ain't ever on time fixing my A/C and I be sweating bullets all the time and you know? You owe me a girlfriend!!!!! I LOVE YOU KEISHA!

They do suck. I know someone who lived in one of their places in Cockeysville, MD. They will let illegal aliens rent an apartment - like 5 guys to a one bedroom - talk about noise, but they won't let people have pet birds. The lady I knew said when she went into her apartment for the first time there was a p00p in the toilet. Yuck. Forget it!
