its ok! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Tall Oaks is a fine place to stay. Maintence is fairly quick, noise is moderate and its in a good neighborhood. My roomate said he saw a rat when we first got here but all holes were plugged and I never seen one and he said he hadnt since then.
