The community itself is very nice and there's always a police presence, however the apartments need to be updated with better appliances, and kitchen renovations!!!
THE MAJOR PROBLEM IS NOISE!! THE NEIHBORS ARE SO SO SO VERY LOUD AND RUDE.
Henderson Webb Customer service is great I must admit they do follow up well.
I feel if people would be considerate of neighbors around them and stop all the noise and loud music, arguments., fighting loud talking you can hear it all with the paper walls!! SLAMMING DOORS !! RING THE WRONG APARTMENT WITH THAT LOUD ASS BUZZER !! I HATE IT!!

Please dont give apts bad reviews becuase you don't like "apartment living" Thats all the "noise" is. You can't POSSIBLY think that a building you share with all kinds of people will be quiet. It doesnt work like that. You will have bad and rude and noisy neighbors no matter where you live. Also I think its funny that you want the apartments "renovated" Right. I can just imagine the chaos when random people move in and out of your apartment tearing up the floor, tearing out the kitchen cabinets, replacing appliances. I definatly would not want that. Not to even mention the potential lawsuits tenents will come up with if something "breaks" that a contractor did. And the cost of it all. ESPICALLY in this economy. Yeah..thats crazy

Excuse you I have the right to feel however I want so you please don't tell me what to say and how to feel!! Secondly I believe this sight is to post reviews from tenants, now I don't know if your a CURRENT TENANT but if you are, why wouldn??????t you appreciate an upgrade to your rental that you PAY YOUR MONEY for!! Especially when you have competition from other communities that are willing to upgrade to attract prospective tenants NOT JUST MONEY HUNGRY LANDLORDS!! ** NOW THERE??????S YOUR FREAKING LAW SUIT WITH EVERYTHING FALLING APART !!** As I read your reply it all sounds very foolish,** EVER HEARD THE TERM THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK ?** TRY IT SOMETIMES!!!!! I have lived in other apartments in other cities and have never experienced the level of unnecessary noise like you hear in this place!! So with that being said YES. YES. I certainly do expect to live with others who have enough decency and respect for other tenants living around you to keep the noise levels from LOUD MUSIC , YELLING AND FIGHTING , SLAMMING DOORS down at all hours of the night!! After all this is a place some of us civilized tenants call home not a ZOO!!
