I for one can't wait to my lease is up in September , this apartment is horrible. One there are more mice then tenants. No matter how much you clean the mice DON'T LEAVE. You can call HENDERSON-WEBB a hundred times they will come out to your apartment spray then leave. I promise you within hours mice will be running across your floor. There is also a problem with insects, bug all over your home like your living outside. The apartment is huge but what's the point if insects and mice live their too. Tall Oaks also claims that their apartments are remodeled (yeah right, when 1975) all the things in the apartment from the kitchen to the bathroom looks like it's from the 1970's. Nothing has been updated in at least 30 years. The walls are paper thin I hear the person above me cough at times; you can hear everyone s television so clear that it feels like the TV is in your apartment. You can also hear other people doorbell. You may mistakenly think it's your doorbell. Now the area it's self is very quiet and safe. But I guess surrounding business don't know that. If you want pizza delivered from any major company they re not coming. NO ONE IN THIS AREA DELIEVERS PIZZA TO THESE APARTMENTS! I also warn don t ever ,ever, ever pay your rent late not even one day; they will not only charge you a late fee but court fees. If you re late just add additional $70.00 to your rent. Oh yeah by the way make sure you put that rent payment in the mail early or make a payment at another Henderson-Webb property which is about 4 or 5 miles away. Since you can't make rent payments at the rental office on the property. I hope this helps someone not make horrible living decision.

I agree with everything this person said..I didnt say there long, but the little amount of time that I was there..the amount of rent they charge to live there isnt worth it...you can hear your neighbors coming and going, its not convenient to pay your rent since you have to go elsewhere, roaches, etc..I can go on and on..bottom line is..dont move there, it will be a waste of your time and MONEY!!!
