Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
i have been living at pelham woods for quite some time now and i have ssen a drastic decline in services and care of the apartments. the office staff is not at all helpful and on ocassion, they can become rude and exremely unprofessional. i would discourage anyoen from moving into this apartment complex
