Better off in a Gulag

In the beginning this was a good place to live. I was "forced" to move out in September 2003 due to the overall indifference of management and maintenance. The incident that "broke the camel?s back" was the previous winter when I called for no heat (an emergency request) late at night. Maintenance did not respond until 9:00 A.M. the following day. The parking would be better if management could control the illegal parking in the fire lanes. I strongly urge any one looking for an apartment, to scratch Pelhmam Wood off their list.
