Truly thought I found a place to call home. Major issues that are sympathized by office staff and ignored by maintenance. If things break - better off having them fixed yourself (more money out of tenants pockets). No sense in wasting your time with telephone calls or writing your complaints - go unanswered. Basically, you pay rent, and have a place to sleep. Work Request' what is that - it does not exist here. It was only after moving here that I realized there were more vacant units, then filled. WARNING: Perspective Tenants, do a walk-thru of perspective unit intended to call home, take pictures and notes for self (weighs no bearing to Office/Maintenance Staff) - guess it's your own venting.

I don't get why they call these places Towson Crossing - they are in PARKVILLE!
