disgusted and fed up

NOISE NOISE NOISE. Pelham Wood Apartments are great to live in if all you plan to do is stay up all night and make lots of noise. Dogs are prohibited here yet at least 1 tenant in each building has one. My upstairs neighbor stomps all over the apartment until 2am and has the nerve to have a dog up there barking well into the wee hours of the morning and has extremely loud conversations that last all night. The rental office staff could not care less about it. People dump their garbage in the laundry rooms and stink up the hallways. the maintenance staff is completely useless. The floors and walls are as thin as rice paper and you can hear every word people say. When they flush their toilets it sounds like you live next to a waterfall. I am so fed up that I have decided to break my lease and get out of here.
