I lived there for 2 yrs and it was the worst. You hear every argument, love-making session and noise from your neighbors. Mice and roaches everywhere and forget about calling in a maint problem. The tiles in the bathroom kept falling off the wall and they took months to come fix it. When they finally showed up, they did such a half ass job that it looked better before they fixed it. The only thing they were quick to do was post those yellow court notices up when your rent was late. Forget about moving here. The staff is unfriendly and so rude. There are much nicer places to live in baltimore.
