These are the WORST APARTMENTS IN THE WORLD!!! if you're thinking about moving in an apartment with lazy maintenance and landlords then this is the place for you! The walls are as thin as rice paper, i can hear my neighbors talk and all of their buisness. if you want something fixed, you have have to call the housing authority because management is sooo damn lazy! the corporate office # is a so called secret but i have the #! (410)602-2510. save yourself from paying rent in these ragedy apartments and dealing with pizza faced landlords.
