this is the most awful place to live. i was 8mos pregnant and on bedrest when my husand and I moved in. We paid the deposit and first mos rent and signed the lease months ahead of time only for move in day to come and have them say they had no record fo us moving in on that day. So at 8mos pregnant and on bedrest I was homeless for a day until they got it together. I could tell they did a half ass job to get our apartment ready. Neighbors apt caught fire, none of the smoke alarms went off. Called maintenance to have them come check it and no one ever came out until I called the fire marshall. The cabinets in the kitchen are not finished so their are roaches all throughout. My balcony door does not shut all the way so we always feel a cold breeze. The main phone wires are exposed in the basement, and someone keeps disconnecting my phone line. OH...THEY CUT OFF THE WATER FOR HOURS AND HOURS AT A TIME AND DON'T GIVE YOU ANY NOTICE. They had the nerve to send out a lease renewal notice....raising our rent by 125 dollars. I wouldn't pay that to live here in a million years. Not worth the price. Lazy and scary maintenance guys. Lazy staff all around. Morgan properties owns a few other dirt holes too. Never live in any of them. Don't let them fool you.
