Renovation Horror Story

I have been a resident for the past year and a half, and I have been through complete hell. Rent continues to go up but the maintenance is horrible. The best thing about this apartment is the washer/dryer. It is infested with mice and when you report the problem they send a terrible exterminator (if that is what you want to call him)who does nothing because it seems like after they leave the mice get worse like they are putting down food pellets instead of poison. The manager tells you over and over things will get better but that bull things have not gotten better since I moved in, I still have maintenance requests that I reported when I moved in and they still have not been done. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone, they need a lot of work when it comes to maintenance, exterminating, customer service, and overall cleanliness.

I have been here for less than a month and I can identify with some of the things the writer talks about. Frankly, I'm disappointed. I'm also irritated by the staff's response when answering the phone: "We're having a great day at Towsoncrossing... so and so speaking, how may I help you". This is a conversation that one doesn't need.

Totally agree! No matter paying over $900.00 a month, plus your utilities. Once you give your name the entire tone from the staff changes - Yes, your calling because you have a complaint, problem or to report yet another unfulfilled work request.

Can't you all call the health department? It must be someone who can look into these problems. But, I am glad I read your comment because I was looking for a place to live and they contacted me to come live at Towson Crossing. Thanks for all the comments. I will not move there.
