MICE AND ROACH INFESTATION

I moved here last summer and really liked the model apartment....when I moved into mines, I was welcomed with roaches all throughout the kitchen. I asked my neighbors about the roaches and they told me the apartments are infested with roaches and mice. Sure thing, a week later, i spotted a mouse. They transferred me to another building, only to see more mice in this so called "newly renevated" building. Almost EVERY building is infested with mice (you can even ask the tenants before you move in) thats why they have a contract for exterminators to come to the complex every monday...and that even has a waiting list. The staff is very lazy and rude, especially the property manager Carol Burrell...my lease will be up in a few months and I cannot wait to get off this complex. LISTEN TO ALL OTHER USERS: THESE ARE THE WORSE APARTMENTS....PERIOD

Honey, it don't matter top, middle, or bottom I lived at 17 Debonair a few years ago on the top floor and I had to endure the mice and roach problem too. One evening I was entertaining friends with a beautiful steak dinner and we heard unusual noises coming from the kitchen. I assumed it was a mouse stuck in the trash can. I moved the trash can to the hallway and two mice popped out the trash. I was so embarrassed! Again I lived o the top floor. It was the worst experience ever or rats roaming in the parking lot. DON???T DO IT, UNLESS YOU CAN HANDLE THE RODENTS AND VERMINS!!!

Oh my God. I am to move in @the end of this month. The reason i'mmoving from my old apartment is the nasty-A halls, mice & former rude staff(the new ones are better but too late for me.) This is making me so mad. Ijust want a decent place to come to home to. I hope I don't find these problems. I'm moving to 18 dowling. I would love some feed back.

I know it may be too late and all have probably moved in...But it doesn't matter where you live within the dwelling of Towson Crossings Apartments. I actually was the first to live in the MODEL apartment (2007-2008 lease up and escaped) - pure HELL! Due to disrespect, lies and unbearable infestation.

again,I know that this was a old review, but everything is still the same! I moved in just 4/09 and there were roaches playing monopoly in the kitchen!!! When I say pissed, I mean I was pissed! I have never had roaches or mice and thats the first thing that I see when i move in. It was horrible! That was just the beginning There was piss surounding the toilet and mouse holes in every corner of the apartment. The fumes from the bathtub were unbeleivable, The carpet and dog ---- on it, and the kitchen cabinets were just as ragedy as they could be!!! I really thought that this place was nice because of the appliances and the space, but believe me you pay for it in your water and sewage bill, and all the other made up ---- that they put on your rental statement!! This plcae is deffinately roach infested and the only reason that i haven't seen any mice is only because i have a cat, but i damn sure see the big RAT sized wholes that they came through b4 I moved there, that they have yet to patch up! But hey I will be here for a whole year so I need to go ahead and make the best of it! I just needed to vent all of my frustrations out about this place!
