MICE, MICE, AND MORE MICE

I moved to Towson Crossing in March (2 months ago)....there are mice everywhere. I dont mind killing a mouse here or there, but these apartments are infested. It's sad because the apartments are decent. When I contacted the management....Carol (manager) was really nasty. Her attitude was "I know we have mice, and we're working on it".....This is unacceptable, being as though I'm paing $820 for a 1 bedroom and den. I feel like I got tricked into these apartments. My neighbor told me the residents had got together and protested in front of the leasing complex last November.

There are way better apartments in the area versus moving here....I JUST WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME =(

In addition to hiring an exterminator that do not feed the mice, they need to use current staff or hire temporary staff to go to each apartment and seal the holes. We pay too much money to have to live in fear of mice or having the fear visitors will see Mickey and Minnie hanging out in the living room or kitchen. No place is safe...they run on the stove and kitchen countertops. STOP LIVING IN FEAR! CALL THE BALTIMORE COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT, RENT COURT, THE MAYOR, THE GOVERNOR, MADEA or somebody that can help us! Encourage friends/neighbors to go online to post reviews so that we can save others from living in these conditions.

I don't understand why this place doesn't just shell out the $$$ and hire a great exterminator and be done with these mice. IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD!

Actually, they had a pretty good exterminator over a year or so ago and I think the price wasn't in the range. Yet, each tenant is paying over $800.00 and to live in the wild life preserve is beyond me.
