Mouse Hell

I really wish I had researched the apartments in the area more thoroughly before moving in to Towson Crossing 2 years ago. I have since moved, the relief of not living in a mice infested apartment is unbelievable! I can REALLY sleep at night! I had lived in a property formerly that was managed by Morgan Properties, and had absolutely no complaints. I saw a mouse probaly 3 weeks after moving in and that number quickly escalated. Numerous calls to the office did almost nothing, the holes and entry into the apartment are far too numerous for the few maintenance people working there to repair. Electronic zappers and sticky traps will not due the job with a major infestation. I have since learned that Morgan manages a property in White Marsh called Ross Ridge, and the tenants there have a multi million dollar class action lawsuit against the management company. The property manager is NOT NICE. The tenants at Towson Crossing deserve a lot, living in rodent infested apartments is indeed a health hazard, and should not be tolerated! My advice, unless you have several cats, do not move here.
