We have been here for 6 months and thankfully our lease is up this month. After getting locked out, no one answered the phone in maintenance to open the door, my husband had to sleep in his car at the 7-11 overnight in 90 degree weather. Then they wanted to charge him to open the door. The rooms with infested with bugs; the lost our rent check twice and told us we had to pay the late fee! There is no safety, especially not for a woman with children. We actually heard someone beating a dog next door. Kids screaming at all hours, smelly hallways from cooking and the playground looks like a needle might stab you in the foot. My child asked me to leave the playground, she didn't even want to play there. Updated bathroom - yeah right! They painted the tiles, which now that they are wet from the shower, have peeling paint. They just rerouted over old mold. It is disgusting. The demo model is really nice, but they stick you in a dump hole. Make sure you don't have a nice car either, parts might be missing in the morning.

Yes! I read that 2 cars were broken into on Dowling Circle at Towson Commons and one of them stolen. Sounds like the management turned that place into a real ghetto. I lived there 18 years ago as my first apt and it was nice!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ALL for sharing your experiences at the Towson Crossing apartments. I planned on trying Ross Ridge also..but their apts. are too small. Nov 23, 2008 - I visited Towson Crossing TODAY.I was considering renting there, but NOW...I KNOW I WILL NOT BE COMING TO TOWSON CROSSING. I was attracted to the sq ft of the 1br/den..but at $787.00 and possibly mice ridden. I will pass on this complex. Does anyone know if any GOOD PLACES to rent without mice/roaches/rats, etc. ?? FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME: miscsmail@yahoo.com THANK YOU AGAIN

We moved to Wintergreen and love it! 1 bed/1 bath $755, clean, new carpet, new paint, a real kitchen, nice forest neighborhood and the local stores are not operated by heroin junkies.

how did you get locked out of towson, you have to have your keys to lock the door on the out side and there is no playgrounds, lets keep it real. Sounds like someone is doing soemthing bad or another community is doing bad things to take rentals.

You are absolutely correct...i live here now and my bath tub is most definitely peeling...and they lost my rent check...I came home to a note on my door...when I went up there to ask what it was about they really had no idea where my check was...good thing I had a reciept.

Is this posting for Towson Crossings or Towson Commons? I'm confused...
From: Anonymous Date: 07/20/2009
Towson Commons is the name of a shopping center in Towson. Towson Crossing apartments doesn't have a playground -the only playground is the one that belongs to the SCHOOL -- so if it is really that bad that's a problem for the Baltimore County Board of Education, or the Baltimore county police department.
